Planning a Great Beach Holiday in Rio
Rio is popular as a holiday destination throughout the year, although the busiest time is possibly the four days in February each year when the world famous Rio Carnival takes place. However, the fabulous beaches and wonderful scenery are year round fixtures so any time is right for Rio. Accommodation by the beach is varied, with something to suit any budget. From 5 star luxury hotels to small apartments and hostels, the areas around Copacabana and Ipanema are highly popular.
